Partnering with chef Yisrael Aharoni and food photographer Nelli Sheffer, Eddie Goldfine initiated and designed "SANDWICH," a bread slice sized cookbook, wrapped in wax paper and packaged in a lunch bag. Well received, the book became a popular bestselling gift item. “SANDWICH” was translated into English and is sold on Amazon. Following this success, the collaborators went on to conceptualize and produce cookbooks and packaged party-gifts.
