Internationally renowned chef and author, Avital Sebbag’s cookbook in which she explores the exciting world of vegan cooking while drawing on age-old Zen philosophies and teachings. Over 75 original recipes, anecdotes and cooking tips, all beautifully photographed by food photographer Michal Lenart, make for this unique and original cookbook. The book recently won first prize in the Gourmand World Cookbook 2016, under the Chinese/vegan category. Additionally, the book was among the finalists in the health/wellness category of the 2017 Next Generation Indie Book Awards (NGIBA), and appeared on Ha’aretz magazine’s (Hebrew) best-seller list for 16 weeks.
