Born from a passion for winemaking and a commitment to preserving the unique terroir of Mount Avitar, Notera is a boutique winery founded in 2020 by Mordechai Mamou. The name Notera, meaning "the keeper of the vineyards," is inspired by the Song of Songs. It reflects a dedication to crafting premium wines that are as true to their origins as the people who make them.

 

Every bottle of Notera is a testament to this commitment. The elegant label, designed by Yohai Schnur, is subtle yet striking. A royal seal, impressed in either gold or silver, confirms the exceptional quality and luxury of the wine inside. This minimalist, horizontal label conveys a sense of sophistication and refinement.
